    Evaluation is an important and indispensable element of each activity implemented under the Erasmus+/Youth in Action Programme. Evaluation is the systematic and objective assessment of an ongoing or completed project or activity, including its implentation and most importantly outcomes or positive changes. The evaluation makes two recommendations: (i) apply an evidence-based approach to youth employment operations, and (ii) at the country level, take a strategic approach to youth employment by addressing the issue comprehensively, working across World Bank Group teams, with governments and other donors.

This report presents the results of a two-year evaluation of youth leadership activities within community youth development programs in Connecticut.
